Two boys, viz. Varun Saini, a participant of MTV Roadies 5.0 and Vishal Karwal, of MTV Roadies 4, find the ultimate girl of their dreams by choosing from 20 girls by putting them through gruelling tests. The girls battle stress, politics, exhaustion, fear and bitchiness to be the chosen one and avoid humiliation of getting dumped. The two boys dump from these girls every week after which those dumped girls have to leave the show and move back to their homes.
